Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 weeks)
The environment was warm and friendly, They began telling me about the job and the expectations. The interview was a Panel interview consisting of about nine questions. Some of the questions seem not to match the position. Be prompt, dress professional and also be very direct and to the point when asked questions. The people was very friendly and really like the office area very clean and bright. Everyone greeted you with a smile.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Ridgecrest, CA (took a day)
Pros: Interview was very personable and explained open positions well. Got me excited about working there.
The interviewer also very honest about the challenges of working there as well as the benefits. The interviewer seemed very excited about the opportunities offered there.
Con: Location is in the middle of no where. Was only a phone interview.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took a day)
There wasn't exactly a interview process due to the fact that I was all ready employed by the company. The only requirement I had to complete is the reenlistment request. As always the federal government conducts random drug screening and completes annual performance reviews. The people can be very interesting and nice or the exact opposite it depends on where you go.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 days)
Was interviewing for a graduate level position. Company invited 100 college seniors to base for dinner, presentation, and short 30 minute interviews. Scheduled each person for one or two in advance and then each candidate had to go search for others to interview with, depending on schedules. I met with three departments. Whole interview process was a little disorganized. Some didn't get or look at resumes in advance so half the time was spent on basics and/or getting sold on the company.
Said they would let us know after a month. Six weeks later I had to call and figure out what was going on.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took a day)
We don't interview to move to the next position in the Navy. We take an examination and if we pass that examination we enter a pool of promotion eligible candidates. A selection board is created to review the promotion eligible candidates and a quota is given to the board. The board reviews candidate performance records and selects the best people up to the quota of candidates. Those that make the cut are promoted.
