Got a phone interview and then had to go in for a follow up. Everything seemed okay. i got a tour of the facility and met with some people in the art unit i was interviewing for. the questions were pretty straight forward - mostly behavioral. nothing really assessing my technical qualifications. i thought it would have been harder but it wasnt.
