Interviewed May 2008 (took 2+ months)
Application was via open announcement of recruitment at a hotel. There were at least 650 people there. Over 95% under 27 years old. You sit with an interviewer for 10 minutes and then give them the resume. Weeks later they send you a full application packet and a date for interview. I went to the HQ and met for an interview with another agent in charge and passed some psychological tests. There was a psychologist also asking some weird questions about "childhood" and stuff. After this they selected only 25 people and made us go to an orientation meeting where they tell you how the job is and that you have to be in shape. What was weird was that the man who was talking about being in shape was like 500 pounds so I did not think it was representative. When I asked him about this, the guy told us that we just have to be in shape to enter and then you can gain weight again. (???). After this there were a few other interviews and in last one about assets and financials. You had to in advance give them ALL credit card debt, credit info, assets, etc. with full explanation of why, how and when. I happen to have substantial assets and a credit score of 830 as I own 10 pieces of property in the city worth 1.2 Mil. so I got disqualified because they wanted "undivided attention" to the job. So, at least I got into the top 5 applicants out of 10 they selected.
