National Account Sales Manager Interview
The process took a week – interviewed at USA-CLEAN in January 2009.
Intial communications with the company were via email. The company promptly responded within 24 hours sighting interest. The 2nd step was an email asking to answer 2 questions briefly regarding personal experinece with National accounts and dealing with impossible customers. The promptness of the interaction was strong, however no response was provided as to whether or not the position was filled, my qualifications/answers did not match nor was a letter sent providing decline. For a company who is growing it would be reccomened that all interviewees be contacted one way or another of a final outcome.
