I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at USAA in January 2010.

Interview Details – I applied online and received an email requesting to set up a phone interview. I believe the interviewer was from a company outsourced by USAA. I was asked the typical questions you would expect. EX: Explain a time when you had to overcome an obsticle and what you did. Why do you want to work for USAA? What do you have to offer the company? Pretty basic questions.

Interview Question – How would you tell a long term USAA member that he/she is at fault for an accident that you know the member assumes he is not at fault? How would you handle objections?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – I didn't have to negotiate. The salary was decent and I accepted with no issues.
