Policy Service Advisor Interview

Policy Service Advisor
Sacramento, CA

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at USAA.

Interview Details – Submit Resume

1st Phone interview/screening (if resume is accepted)

Take a series of assesments at the local campus (if phone interview is successful)
- Call Center simulation
- Typing Test

2nd Phone Interview is set up (if you pass the assesments)

In person interview at USAA (if you are successful in the 2nd phone interview)

Interview Question – That's just it, the interview and the Job don't go hand-in-hand. Ask a LOT of questions about Call Center and Call times and ask to see the floor where you will be working!!! Pay attention to body language of the other employees!   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There is NONE! They tell you that this is what they pay and they also use the benifits package as a way to justify the low salary! At the time (2004) they were only paying $28k a year + benifits.
