Submit Resume 1st Phone interview/screening (if resume is accepted) Take a series of assesments at the local campus (if phone interview is successful) - Call Center simulation - Typing Test 2nd Phone Interview is set up (if you pass the assesments) In person interview at USAA (if you are successful in the 2nd phone interview) JOB OFFER

  • That's just it, the interview and the Job don't go hand-in-hand. Ask a LOT of questions about Call Center and Call times and ask to see the floor where you will be working!!! Pay attention to body language of the other employees!   Answer Question

There is NONE! They tell you that this is what they pay and they also use the benifits package as a way to justify the low salary! At the time (2004) they were only paying $28k a year + benifits.
