As the requirement was more demanding, My interview taken place in two convenient steps as Phone Interview and then Web cam interview. Phone interview is more of technical round where more technical questions were asked and web cam interview is more of attitude stuff and behavioral part. If you are selected in the technical round, then you are almost in provided you are good in behaviors.

If you believe you are one of the best in your domain, negotiate to the fullest. But you should have valid points to prove your worth. Be prepared when negotiating. Don't create any bad mark unknowingly!

1) The recruiters from UST Global never provide complete description of their requirement
2) They boast like any thing about the position they are looking for. But after joining the organization you find landing in a completely opposite situation
3) Even after asking for a direct conversation with the Manager with whom you are going to work with, they never give you a chance.
Negotiation Details
UST Globals negotiation is baseless and never compare with the market position. They offer you blindly.

They ask c,c++,data structure. No programming or coding.only conceptual questions.sometimes they give a reasoning or aptitude question.there may be a rapid fire round.They mainly focus on communication skill.No emphasis on coding capability.

The hiring process was well managed - multiple intervews were held on the same day. These included a 1:1 with HR and 1:1 with the specific area of expertise. It saved me time as I could have several interviews within a few hours. The poeple were well mannered and polite. The follow up by the company could have been better.

They will call you and ask whether you are available for new job openings. if we are OK with the opening. they will schedule a phone interview, which comprise of some general question consist of technical and non technical aspect. After that if they are fine, they will schedule a 1:1 interview in consist of Technical interview after that we will also have HR meeting to discuss about salary,place of work etc. if we come to an agreement he will get hired.

I have received a communication from the HR of UST global about a job opening. They asked me to send the CV and asked whether I am available in two weeks. Once I send my resume I got a call same day night to schedule a phone interview next day morning. I was interviewed by a technical person.
