I met with a nursing recruiter who kind of interviewed me/screened me for the positions I was interested in. After meeting with her, she set up an interview time for me with a group of nursing staff from the area I was applying for. It was a good experience. I was nervous but actually enjoyed the interview.

The position did not feel right to me for my personality, interests, and career advancement considerations.

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Seattle, WA (took 2 months)
Rude, uninterested, threatened and intentionally tanked the interview. Asked direct questions, then immediately switched course and said that wasn't what he wanted to know. Became abrassive and short even though I remained calm and friendly. It was clear he had no intention of moving the process forward.

Very nice Director interviewed me regarding my experiences, what I was looking for. I asked him questions about the work culture. It seems that he wanted to advocate for my learning new skills and pushed the envelope in ensuring that I got the position
