We had a group interview with me and 2 other girls. It was just general retail questions.. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? How much experience do you have? Have you had management experience? etc. They made me really excited for the position.

Negotiation Details
There was no negotiating in my case. I was hired in as seasonal then "promoted" to a prestige consultant (even though my pay stayed the same)

The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.
