Applied online, and was called the next day by the recruiter. We set up a time to talk on the phone two days later. The day of the phone interview I never heard from the recruiter. I called her to see what the situation is, and if we could reschedule. We rescheduled the next day. I told the recruiter I was interested in any available positions. We talked about my experience and the recruiter told me I would hear from the DM next week, and I never heard from anyone and it's been about a month. I don't quite understand how I wasn't qualified for any of the open positions, even though I have years of management experience. Oh well their loss :)

The interviewer was extremely nice. She asked basic questions like why do you want to work for ulta, describe yourself, etc. Then we talked a little about casual things that weren't really related to the job. Make sure to dress nicely and professionally, as she complimented me on that. She said she'd call when I was available to work.

I was called for the interview, came in in company dress code which I had looked up before (Solid black bottoms, solid black shoes, solid black or white top, 3 pieces). They commented on my appearance (appearance is VERY important). I was offered the job in the interview process. I waited a week and a half and never heard anything back, but when I called them my starting date was set.

Coming in for part-time cashier, expect minimum wage. Part-time Prestige Consultant, expect about a dollar or two more than minimum wage. Full-time management (not salaried) I would say to expect a little less than double minimum wage.

Applied online and callled next day to check on the status of my application. She told me she was going to look through applications and call people back that week. I got a call the next day to set up an interview. Interview was quick and was only asked less than 5 questions. She told me she would check my references and call me back the following week. I did not hear from her in the time frame she gave me so I called her and she told me she had been out and would call me as soon as she checked my references. She called one of my references to my knowledge and I have still yet to hear from the hiring manager as she said I would. At this point, I'm waiting to hear from her but I'm moving on and applying other places that won't play games with hiring and interviewing

I applied online and 3 days later they called me for a group interview, I was nevous because i didnt know what to expect and i was kind of intimidate. i was suposed to be interview with another person but she didnt show up so i was me and 2 other managers and i was told to pick up 3 things that i felt comortable talking about to them, so i picked 3 things that i already used and knew what they were, i told them how the product works and why i liked it, and they hired me on the spot

The interview process was pretty easy. I already knew a lot about the product lines they carry and have experience working with makeup. She and I did a phone interview and then she had me come in for an interview. She was nice, but really misled me as to how busy the store was and how much I would be making.

I applied online and about a week later I received a call from the manager to come in for an interview. The day of the interview, i showed up about 15 minutes early so the manager wasn't ready yet. When they finally interviewed me, the process was pretty easy. It seemed more like a conversation then an interview. The first manager asked me questions like "Why do you want to work here?" and "What do you know about Ulta?" After she was done talking to me another manager sat down in front of me and asked me a few more questions such as "Do you have any experience working as a stock clerk?" and "When are you available?" Overall the interview process was really easy and everyone was really nice. About a week later I got a phone call and a formal job offer. Then i went on for orientation.
