Interviewed Jan 2011 in Houston, TX (took 5 days)
If you are recurited they will call you and basically tell you wonderful things about the company. Then they will tell you to go online and apply to ulta.com. The GM contacted me and interviewed my face to face, then I went to do a technical interview. From there I was contacted by the GM as well as the recuriter with a start date.

Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation about the low offer that they gave. I asked for more money they would not budge. They said there was potiental to earn more money from bonuses, but good luck with that. Tell them what you want and if Ulta can't meet it then move on.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Drug Test.
