Accounting and Financial Analyst Interview (Neutral Experience)
I applied online and interviewed at Unbounded Solutions.
Interview Details – Hiring process was a joke. I went in 3 times thinking that I had the job. Spoke to several "hiring managers" then after wasting my time, I was told I did not get the job and that they were going to keep looking
Interview Question – What would you change about your skill set Answer Question
Senior Account Manager - Atlanta Interview (Negative Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Unbounded Solutions in May 2014.
Interview Details – This was the strangest and most unprofessional interview I've ever experienced. I submitted my resume through a job website and before the end of the day I was contacted. One individual called me and another sent an email. Before even a basic qualification discussion, I was asked to come to their office in Atlanta (via the email exchanges). Later in the day I received a phone call with a different person so I started asking questions.
It turned out the job was not an account manager, but rather an inside sales position requiring a "hunter". I was asked about pay requirements, but when I asked questions back - such as what's the salary to commission split i.e. 50/50, 80/20 etc. I could not get any sort of answers. I didn't ask the actual pay. I was told I'd need to speak to the CEO in person concerning salary as lots of factors are in place. I wasn't really asked about my experience, but rather was told how well I could do the job. I accepted the interview, but after some thought decided it wasn't for me. Definitely got a bad gut feeling about it all.
Interview Question – Was not asked many questions on the phone interview. Answer Question
IOS Developer Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Unbounded Solutions in March 2014.
Interview Details – Total 4 rounds of interview. Three were over phone, one was by SkyPe. The initial phone talk was from a recruiter explaining the company and the training. The second was math and reasoning test. Third one was coding. The last one was on SkyPe from HR talking about the understanding to their program and salary rate. The recruiter is very dedicated and responsible to the job. The whole process was very fast, about 2 weeks.
Interview Question – At third interview, which was a technical test, asked to sort 5 numbers in an array. It;s too simple to know how to do it. Answer Question
Reason for Declining – The online review looks not very positive. It may be an ideal position for a graduate. I am experienced developer.

Very Easy Interview
Consultant Interview (Neutral Experience; Very Easy Interview)
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Unbounded Solutions in October 2013.
Interview Details – Initial communications were brief, a phone interview just to see if they like you which is pretty standard (go over the resume). From there I was offered a technical screen with one of their consultants. The technical interview was basically a screen sharing thing where a guy watched me take a three question test (easy, explain basic OO concepts and write a loop or two, write a SQL inner Join).
After I passed that I was offered a Skype interview to answer any final questions I might have and to tell me more about the company. During the Skype interview salary negotiation came up.
Interview Question – "Are you comfortable with this?" in regards to putting things on your resume when they send you out that "the company has experience with". Answer Question
Reason for Declining – I was morally opposed to claiming things on my resume that were not there.
IOS Developer Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Unbounded Solutions.
Interview Details – Hiring was fairly quick. I got an over the phone interview on a Friday, and then a following Skype interview around Wednesday the next week. By the next week I was on my way to Atlanta. That is also depending on when they are starting their training classes
Interview Question – What is Polymorphism? For some reason I just cant answer that easily!! View Answer
Negotiation Details – I didn't try to negotiate, I was more concerned with holding a job than the pay at the time
Business Development Manager Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied through other source and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Unbounded Solutions in October 2013.
Interview Details – Great interview process it seems this department really has recruiting down pat which is very nice to see coming from a Sales stand point. It would be nice to have recruiters such like this support the sales I drive in if selected. Great team, great environment, great people. Only con I would point out is to bring more décor to the lobby area as well as the interview rooms.
Interview Question – What goals would you set for yourself within a 6 month period if you were hired tomorrow? What sets you aside from other sales directors in your field? Answer Question
