Interviewed Apr 2012 in New York, NY (took a day)
Met recruiter through networking event, and then after a phone conversation with HR, had two Skype interviews with 2 hiring managers
Very nice during the interviews, each lasted about 20 minutes. Asked typical questions like: "Why Undertone", "Name some strengths and weaknesses", "What are some of your techniques when group work is not going well"
After the interview, sent multiple follow-up emails, and never received a response. I truly felt like it was a good interview, and would have appreciated any sort of response.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in San Francisco, CA (took 1 week)
First online test was sent by the HR. It's pretty easy and then I got the onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of a behavior talk with the CTO, an online test, and three technical interviews. The online test was a really bad experience. I was told before the onsite that the online test would be similar as the one I took before. But actually they were totally different.... And some of the questions were wrong. The technical interview was not hard, but I made stupid mistakes.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in New York, NY (took 3 days)
Interviewed for an internship with Undertone. Started with a phone interview, which went well. Relatively informal and my recruiter was really nice. The in person interview was completely different. I interviewed with two girls who spent a half hour trying to pick at my weaknesses and why I might not be a good fit or up to the task. I felt attacked the whole time and didn't really have an opportunity to talk about my strengths. Needless to say, I was uncomfortable and nervous, so that didn't help me either. I was disappointed that they treated me so poorly after the good phone interview (different person) and the the time I spent preparing for the interview.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
Applied for the position online. I received a call from HR to schedule a phone interview and did so. Phone interview went well and I was brought in 2 days later to meet with the hiring manager. Discussion went well also and I was a great fit for the role they were looking to fill (his words not mine). He said they would be in touch shortly. I followed up with the HR manager with a thank you and she responded that the hiring manager said he was impressed and they would be in touch in the next few days. That was the last I EVER heard from them either via email or phone. I followed up 10 times over a 3 month period and never heard another word. The interview process was fair, but the lack of closure was very unprofessional. I don't think it's too difficult to respond to an email saying "we've decided to move on". They definitely showed their inexperienced culture.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
The interview process was somewhat swift, yet came to a screeching halt where I was not communicated with for 2 weeks.
Rd 1: Phone interview with HR
Rd 2: Phone interview with Mgr
Rd 3: Phone interview with VP
Rd 4: Follow-up discussion with HR
Rd 5: In-house presentation and personal time with potential colleagues
Rd 6: "We've headed in a different direction" conversation with HR
The Account Executive role is the bread-n-butter of Undertone. They have a specific type of person they are looking for, and they do a good job of making that well known. The leadership team also discusses expectations which include significant non-9-to-5 entertainment sessions.
Multiple team members are involved, and they are very forthcoming in their honest opinions.
Bitter taste in my mouth as to how it ended, though they were incredibly professional throughout, therefore I'm sure their hiccup was nothing personal.

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took 5 days)
I was brought in for an interview first with an HR rep and then with the manager of the division, I was told I would be called the next day and never heard from then again. I reached out a few times to say thank you and to check in a few weeks later and still never heard anything back
