Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 6 weeks)
Started with HR screener. Followed by interview with hiring manager who was very accomodating to the weather and met at more convenient location. Great interview and then scheduled as finalist to come to corporate offices to meet VP. One this day, met with HR again for significant personality test that lasted about 45 minutes. Followed by 20 minute interview with VP who was 15 minutes late to interview.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took a day)
My interview was very straight forward. Alot of behavioral interview questions, "like tell me about a time" or describe a time". Interview was about 30-45 minutes long. The panel was very very friendly, and they really took interest in my questions. So interviews seem standoffish, I didn't get that feeling at all.
