I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 days - interviewed at UniCredit Tiriac Bank in June 2009.

Interview Details – Two interviews: first was with the HR leasing company and the second one was with my direct manager. Usually, they practice a third interview, by phone, with the HR department of the company.

Negotiation Details – I did not want to negotiate, because the offer was satisfying at the moment. But now I understand that I should have obtain a written engagement of the employer regarding the future increases of the salary (there was only a verbal promise).
