Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
Arranged by a recruiter. Waited for hiring manager to come out of a meeting for about 20 minutes. Interview was 90% personality as they are looking for culture fit first. We discussed the different work culture he was offering compared to my current position, which is like night and day. Then I took a very basic tech skills test with the actual IT guys I'd be working for. I left knowing that I blew them away and was so hoping for an offer.

Reason for Declining
Unfortunately the cut in pay in what they were offering was too much for me to absorb, even for the better quality of work life.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.
