Unifi Continuous Improvement Kaizen Specialist Interview

4 weeks later a head hunter called and reviewed my resume - no specific questions he seemed to be explaining why it took him 4 weeks to get back to me - apparently the other candidates did not work out so now it was my turn

Site panel interview with the VP of Mfg, and Operational and finance mgrs where they reviewed my resume

3 more people came in and I gave a presentation for 30 minutes

I then met with the Director of Continuous improvement who again did not ask any specific questions

Then I met with the HR manager - same - he appared to be testing me to see if I liked the people and would fit in

Then I met with 3 process engineers who did ask good specific questions and then we all drove to a near by plant and toured the plant and ate lunch

I then drove to another plant and spoke to that plant manager and took a plant tour

Overall a very long day
