Interviewed Mar 2012 in Istanbul (Turkey) (took 2+ weeks)
The workculture was rather casual. I thought I was overdressed even though I only had business pants, a formal jacket and high heels. I was interviewed by two female department heads. Questions were not very hard to answer but I do not know why I got rejected. My interviewers were not very authoritative and they took turns asking questions. I arrived fairly early than the appointed time but my interview started 15 minutes late.

Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 4 weeks)
Got to know about their internship and graduate programme during a career talk. I had to submit 4 essays: why are you interested to work in Unilever, what is your best achievement so far?, what's your biggest disappointment, name one instance you showed leadership skills.
Had to wait for about 2 weeks before they contacted me and I had to do a logic/numerical test. (this was not easy!)
Another week passed before they contacted me for an interview face-to-face with a line manager. Their interview questions are rather easy to deal with. Prepare before hand, think and reflect on your questions, that will help. Questions are the typical, tell me more about yourself, what's your biggest achievement, which brand would you work for, tell me more about your work experience, why do you do this major, why marketing, etc.
I waited for another week before I was confirmed. Total waiting time: a month.
Starting work next month, very excited! Hope this will help anyone that wants to try out! This page really helped me alot!

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Trumbull, CT (took 4 days)
Unilver scouted for prospects at University Career Fair. I received a phone call that day at 5pm to schedule an interview for the next afternoon. There were two interviewers and they monitored my behavior in the waiting room with other job seekers. I was asked a few scenario questions and overall the interview took 35 min from start to finish. I was offered the position within 48 hours informally, & formally within the week.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
The interview consisted partly behavioral and then it was mainly breaking down ad campaigns or individual ads (whether it be video or print) and explaining the consumer insight, the target market, etc. There was only one interview to become an intern, and it didn't seem like they took many people.
