Interview Details

I came through an agency. They arranged the first interview, which was 3 hours long (!) - probably the longest interview I ever had. It didn't consist of anything special - only a chat with the Team Assistant coordinator, who spent most of the time talking about herself, her role, how challenging it is and how important she is. My CV were in front of her but she didn't ask me much about my experience, it was more of a therapy session for her.

She clearly liked me, because who doesn't like being listened to while they talk about themselves, so I was invited for the next round of interviews, this time with HR. The lady from HR was nice but stiff, asked me a few questions to check my personality more than my experience, which is fair enough. I went through to the next round,
This time with the VP I would be supporting had I got the job. He was great, we hit if off straight away and I got the job.

none existant. They basically told the agency how much I'd be getting and that's it. No negotiation was possible.
