Once the online application is successful Unilever will email you inviting you for the telephone interview. This process did not take long, and i was invited for a telephone interview within 6 days. The interview was competency based and the interviewer allowed time to think about answers and did not rush the process. It took 30minutes in total.

Applied online - process was easy.
Phone interview was at a convenient time, which was good. Questions were competency based and easy to answer as long as you had prepared examples.
Next round was face to face interview. Very relaxed style of interview, which made it enjoyable and easier to give good answers and examples.
Advice to be yourself and not be overwhelmed by the sheer size of the company.
