The first interview I had was a 1:1 phone interview with hiring manager. It was pretty short, about 20 minutes and I was asked basic questions about the courses I had taken, my GPA, current work experience. About 3 weeks I was emailed and asked to participate in another phone interview that was going to be with about 3-4 Credit Managers. I was constantly emailing the hiring manger for updates on the hiring process so I was very consistent with my follow up emails

Received an email from HR requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was straight forward asking about past related experience and attitude towards the professional field. Also, they want to know your plans for the future.

One phone screen by HR and two interviews to get an offer. Pretty simple, not very involved. The expected background knowledge was minimal.

applied on line. less than a hour later heard from recruiter. passed phone interview set up for group interview with the CSM and branch manager for the next morning got a call less than 2 hours after interview to come in for background check and then 3 days later got the final offer .

FIrst had a phone interview with an HR person, then got a call back. The actual interview took two hours. Interviewed with five people, mostly one-on-one. You meet with people from your direct manager, to the VP runs the whole office. They will question you on everything you put on your resume, and expect heavy answers.

I applied online and got a response after 2 weeks to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview I was invited to come in along with 20 other candidates for a presentation given by the Credit Associate Manager. We were then instructed to write a one page essay answering our understanding of the position and why we wanted it (due by the end of the week). The final step in the process is a panel interview with mostly behavioral questions and some technical questions. My advice is to actively participate during the information session and take thorough notes to use when writing the essay.

The HR department wont actually get on hiring someone unless someone from the branch actually calls apparently the person who recruits employees has so much to do they cant actually get around to doing there job which is hiring someone. It took me about a month to get fully hired on they offered the job to me in august and I wasn't in and working till September 26.
