Interview Details –
1st interview - group interview, large group. There is one interviewer in the group, and let interviewees(almost 10) to have a discussion together.
2nd interview - Japanese style intelligence test
3rd Interview - 1:1 interview. small chat about hometown, and usual conversation. then, typical interview questions.. why uniqlo?, why this position? will you accept the job even if the job they offer is not what you are applying for? career plan? etc... the one thing to remind is whatever he/she says, 50% is not true. don't believe your interviewer
