In house application for an opening. 2 on one interview with structured questions. Such as a difficult situation was described and what was my response. If I remember correctly it was about 6 questions.
I made it a point to joke at one time to keep me calm. I did get a chuckle so it gave me some confidence to continue.

I negotiated after the job offer. I countered for a higher salary. I based it on what I was earning at the time and what they offered.
