Questions about yourself, jobs and scenarios. Take your time and make sure to use the STAR method. The entire process is short, it is different for everyone. Some are asked to stay, I was not and received an offer via email.

Had to sit and wait for a one on one interview then if you did well, you would get a second interview and then they would contact you about the job. Pretty much if you get the 2nd interview you would get the job. It was a great experience since this was my first interview for a flight attendant. Just look at what the other people wrote on here and you will do fine. Study about the company too.

I applied online – interviewed at United Airlines in March 2015.

The interview process was almost the same as what has been described in the earlier posts. Our interviews, however, were one-on-one. After the interview, was told it would be 5-7 business days until something was sent via e-mail.

Still waiting to see if offer is forthcoming.

The interview started in group, then they called out name for a one on one interview. If you passed the first interview you were told to go grab a bite to eat and come back for the second interview. The second interview was with 2 recruiters. All the questions that were posted before, were right on target. Come prepared and come dressed line a flight attendant. Good Luck.

I was contacted to set up an interview, they flew me to San Francisco to interview three days later. The three interviewers were energetic and welcoming. They answered most of my questions, the interview should have lasted around 45 minutes, mine lasted about an hour and a half because we just kept talking, it was great. I was told that they would be making their decision very quickly and I would hear either way.
