It was a structured interview consisting of three representatives of the department and a human resources individual. The second interview was with the Managing Director who eventually gave his blessings to make me an offer. The initial offer included a signing bonus but that was back in 2000.

Negotiation Details
Again, I was able to negotiate, vacation, salary and signing bonus. The negotiation process was professional and forthright.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
