Very Difficult Interview

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Blue Bell, PA (took 2+ months)
First interview screen with Human Resources. In person interview scheduled within one week after phone interview, interview scheduled with 2 people for 2 hours, interview lasted 3.5 hours, was with 3 people & I was left in room alone for over 30 minutes until the 3rd person came in. 2 additional phone interviews were scheduled after in person interview over the following several weeks. Offer took 3 weeks to receive after last phone interview, background check took a month

Negotiation Details
negotiation phase was very difficult to avoid loopholes entered in contract. Read contract carefully, they try to insert loopholes in your contract & if you are not savvy enough to pick them up, you will be burned.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
