Interviewed May 2008 (took 2 days)
On the first day, I came in and met the team. They described to me the responsibilities needed to be performed. Then they went on and asked me about my resume and my background. I took the personality test and was called in to meet the CEO and chatted with him for 10 minutes and that was it. Nothing difficult.

Negotiate! If they are hiring it means that they desperately need extra help. They will try to low ball you but if you keep to your guns they will come around and pay you what you deserve.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Personality Test.
