I applied in-person and the process took 3 days - interviewed at United Community Banks in April 2011.

Interview Details – initial communication began with a referral to apply. application submitted in person. application consisted of several pages requiring education, experience and references in addition to a "personality test". the employees and manager were not very welcoming during application process, however i was called in for an interview by the manager a week later. one on one interview lasted 20 minutes and was minimumally detailed. i was hired for the position 3 days post interview. upon my first day of work the coworkers became more friendly. the office/lobby is clean and organized and the work culture is what is to be expected in the industry.

Negotiation Details – i did not negotiate due to the location being more important than the salary. however, i wish i had negotiated a salary increase or an addtional week of vacation in lieu of salary increase.
