Interviewing with United Financial Group was wonderful. My first interview was with the CEO, and two Vice Presidents. Interview questions were smart and confirmed for me that this was a company and philosophy I wanted to be a part of. For the interview that I drove up to Appleton for, I was compensated for the cost of my fuel and this was before I was given an offer.

Negotiation Details
The offer I was given was quite fair for the medium income of what a position like this in my industry would pay. I was pleased with the offer and the negotiation process.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
