Interviewed Jan 2009 in San Diego, CA (took 2+ weeks)
You will be asked how comfortable you are in working long hours and being called at the last minute to tend to an event. They expect to work you to the point of actually developing poor health or a mental breakdown so good luck.

Negotiation Details
Non-negotiable, in fact the positions are slowly being eliminated. As employees depart through their own account or are forced out, through wrongful termination, they are not looking to fill new slots because they have a new goal of hiring primarily independent brokers who they can exploit for free. And any new employees will be offered a drastically reduced salary of 12K per year plus a PM/PM commission on new members they enroll. This won't mean much if Healthcare Reform happens and you loose all of those members to a cheaper government option.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Drug Test.

They kept me sitting in a very small hot room waiting to be interviewed. The interview took no less than 3 hours. It was very painful.

Interviewed May 2010 in Tonawanda, NY (took a day)
I knew I was overqualified for this job as soon as I talked to the recruiter, but it was so close to my house and offered some other perks like the possibility of working form home that I went anyway.
I did a skills test then was asked to come back the same day for an interview with HR. The HR rep and I had a long talk about my skills and how I would move quickly in the company with my background. She then asked me to come back later that same day and talk to the department manager and training manager.
The training manager mostly ran the interview and all went well with him. The department manager hardly said anything and when I mentioned anything about my past experience seems to be annoyed that I had experience - seemed to me I may have had more experience than her.
Thankfully I got a rejection email the next day. Since then, they have run the add almost continuously. Obviously either no one is making it past the interview process or they are going through people like water. With the reviews I have seem, I think it may be the latter.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
I was recommended by a personal contact within the organization. Two separate positions were available, so on the interview day, I arrived and was interviewed by the supervisor of each position, separately. Then I met with a potential colleague to get more information about the culture of the organization. The process lasted about 1.5 hours. I received an offer the next day, and accepted the offer one day later.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Columbus, OH (took a day)
Was not given a lot of choices for dates to go in for the interview. Interviewer seemed rushed but explained the job requirements and expectations fully. After the meeting, felt the position was not what I was looking for. I did receive a call for a second interview but declined.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Minneapolis, MN (took 8 weeks)
interview consisted with a screening interview with the HR. 30 mins. Going through the resume and basically walking the recruiter through my resume.
second interview after 4 weeks with hiring manager on site. There were two interviews each lasting 30 mins each. Hiring manager and then with the VP.
The interview with the hiring manager was primarily focussed around the job and technical questions. She went through the resume chronologically and possibly was trying to understand the flow of career choices and what led to the next moves.
The interview with the VP was straight forward. He was the talking most of the time explaining the organization, the expectation of role and asking questions on my experience in the area, managing a distributed team and so on.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 2 weeks)
I applied on line and was contacte within a week or so for the position. A interview was arranged with the supervisor and a few others in the office. I felt welcomed and challenged by the questions posed and the dialog that ensued. Great communication, enjoyed the interview, liked the people. I was offered a job within 1 week.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 2 days)
It was sort of blah. The woman interviewing me first was really monotone. I did however enjoy the gentleman I interviewed with next. He was personable, she wasn't. I don't think that type of person should conduct any interviews at all. Also the online assessments they require you to take and pass are very redundent. It repeats itself horribly.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Edina, MN (took 2 weeks)
It was not very formal interview. i only met the administrative team members. Only general questions was asked like how to manage the multiple tasks.
I was offered for the next technical skill test interview, and meet the rest of members.
However, two days later, i was informed that the next interview was canceled without any reason!!!!
i emailed the manager to ask what happened, and got no reply!!!
Feel Bad!
