United Healthcare Insurance IT Manager Interview

Interview Details – interview consisted with a screening interview with the HR. 30 mins. Going through the resume and basically walking the recruiter through my resume.
second interview after 4 weeks with hiring manager on site. There were two interviews each lasting 30 mins each. Hiring manager and then with the VP.
The interview with the hiring manager was primarily focussed around the job and technical questions. She went through the resume chronologically and possibly was trying to understand the flow of career choices and what led to the next moves.

The interview with the VP was straight forward. He was the talking most of the time explaining the organization, the expectation of role and asking questions on my experience in the area, managing a distributed team and so on.

Reason for Declining – the pay was not good.
