Face to face interview wasn't really an interview at all. Manager simply explained the ins/outs of the job, the territory, vacation, pay, benefits, expenses etc. Not a single interview question was asked. I did take the opportunity to touch upon some of my experience and how it related to the position. You will definitely need to be aggressive and tell them about your experience and how it relates to the job. I had a feeling the job was already filled as it seemed we were just going through the motions. From what I've heard through other people it was probably a blessing that I wasn't offered the job. Doesn't seem like the retail reps do very well.
