I was interviewed for an internship in risk management division. There were two rounds of the interview. The first round is with HR, and the second round is with the line manager. The HR just went through my resume, and asked a few questions about my previous internship experience. And the line manager asked a few technical questions, like the courses I have studied and programming skills.

I was overseas when I was contacted for an interview - HR was very efficient in arranging for all the necessities in terms of setting up the time and place for an interview given that I needed to fly in for the interview. HR was very friendly and it was good to be given the opportunity to interview with the senior management even though it was for my first job.

The interview process is pretty standard. There were 2 people interviewing me.
They asked general questions like ' tell me about yourself', 'what do you know about this job', 'what other jobs did you apply for' etc
It seems that they only want to know how enthusiatic you are in joining the company.

the senior officer position required degree holders. they started with 2 HR ladies that will check your past experience and see how well you fit in. They asked for strong customer service experience, ability to handle variety of clients feedback. I managed to talk through but lacked in customer service experience. Whole process took less than 15 mins, and they replied within 2 weeks.
