I was overseas when I was contacted for an interview - HR was very efficient in arranging for all the necessities in terms of setting up the time and place for an interview given that I needed to fly in for the interview. HR was very friendly and it was good to be given the opportunity to interview with the senior management even though it was for my first job.

the senior officer position required degree holders. they started with 2 HR ladies that will check your past experience and see how well you fit in. They asked for strong customer service experience, ability to handle variety of clients feedback. I managed to talk through but lacked in customer service experience. Whole process took less than 15 mins, and they replied within 2 weeks.
