Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
It was a interview pretty standard with the behavioral interview process. All of the questions were behavior based and should be answered in the STAR format. There are about 6 questions are all based on previous expericences that you may have. The notification process is pretty quick if they want to offer you a position or if they feel that better people are qualified. It was my first experience with a behavioral interview so it was pretty difficult for me, you really just have to practice.

Interviewed Aug 2007 (took a day)
I got a call from the gentleman telling me to come in for an interview with him. I came to the interview in good time. From beginning to the end of the interview the gentleman didn't seem the least bit interested. When the interview was over all he had to say was that I was overqualified. =(

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Lexington, KY (took a day)
Branch Manager dominated the interview leaving not much time for me to present my interest and skill set for the position. Appreciated some of the info for my own decision making ,but felt the meeting was not effective or fair for an informed decision to be made about the fit.
