First there was a panel interview with two people who asked a lot of questions using STAR method. They wanted to know what I knew about the company and I forgot to say that USLI is a berkshire hathaway owned company and they made a point to mention that to me later. They are very proud of that. Then I had a 1-1 interview which was less formal. It was more of a conversation getting to know me. Stay on your toes in this interview don't get to comfortable it felt like they wanted me to relax to see if i would mess up and say something incriminating. Then right after that I was given a number of tests: Mathematical, English, Personality and IQ tests. This was all in one day, it took about 4 hours so be ready.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

I conversed with a person through email. It took a few emails from me to finally get a phone call setup with them in which we then talked and went from there. We discussed the position and they were very nice and gave me a background of the company. I would definitely interview with them again if the opportunity arose.
