    It was a very informal interview. It wasn't your typical interview, the person basically went over the benefits and rules like it was the first day of the job. It was probably the easiest interview I have ever had. It seemed like they were not prepared or organized to do conduct the interview.

    Great onboarding, Training was acceptable and thorough. Great opportunity to see the operations side of healthcare from an ASC/Short Stay Hospital perspective. Business model is strong, the day to day operations and corporate culture could use some improvement.

    Interview

    After meeting with my local Regional Vice President, I flew to corporate headquarters in Addison, TX to meet and speak with leadership there. This was a great chance to "interview" each other and to see the strength of the company beforehand. I was introduced to many key people, whom I later worked with on a regular basis.

    Very detailed and intensive interviews - from 1 to 4.5 hours in length. get a good perspective on the company culture, work ethic and employee personalities from these interviews. If prepared for the postion and the interview process, the interviews are a positive progress towards achieving the position. All interview questions are in-line with expectations during the interview process.
