Interviewed Oct 2011 in Redmond, WA (took 2 weeks)
There was an initial phone screen, then the brought me in for a series of 4 interviews. The senior interviewer was to be the first person, but when I arrived he was nowhere to be found, so I had to come back a second time to meet him. The other three interviews were very unstructured.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
The hiring manager was very friendly and had basic questions about my experience and whether I was able to work flexible hours during month end. The interviewer was mainly looking for fit with the company and with the team. Univar is interesting in that it's a growing company and seems to be hiring to meet those demands. There is a mixture of employees who have been working at Univar for several years and new employees being integrated. Overall, there seems to be opportunities for growth within the company as they continue to go through changes.
