The process took a day - interviewed at Univar in January 2012.
Interview Details – The hiring manager was very friendly and had basic questions about my experience and whether I was able to work flexible hours during month end. The interviewer was mainly looking for fit with the company and with the team. Univar is interesting in that it's a growing company and seems to be hiring to meet those demands. There is a mixture of employees who have been working at Univar for several years and new employees being integrated. Overall, there seems to be opportunities for growth within the company as they continue to go through changes.
