Not very structured, more like office chatting.
Some of the usual questions: why do you left the last job? what's your biggest accomplishment...
No question really can surprise anyone. There wasn't even a formal interview by the direct hiring manager. He basically asked his colleagues and someone who was in the open position previously to do the interviews, which was a bit bizarre.
