Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
There was no discussion about my skills or experience. Just discussion about my lack of experience, availability, and interests. No technical questions nor any behavioral questions. It was overall a very pleasant experience. Even the valet guys were nice and encouraging. It was an e-mail open and concluded with a 1:1 interview a week later.

Interviewed Nov 2008 in Universal Cty, CA (took 2 days)
I was initially recruited via an external vendor. The interview was a 1:1 setting with the Project Manager. I brought documentation from past work experience and had to explain it thoroughly. It was more of a back and forth conversation that went very smoothly, but this may differ depending on the hiring manager.

Negotiation Details
I negotiated my rate via the external vendor and got a great hourly rate as contractor at the time. When hired as a FTE my salary went south, but that was because my consulting salary was extremely high. My current FTE salary is not bad either though.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Background Check and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Fishers, IN (took 2 weeks)
Telephone interview from someone in New york. On-site interview with who would be you boss and a group of his subordinates that would be your co-workers.
Interview was fairly laid back but with a lot of emphasis on technical skills. Learn the systems that they have. They are a HP, Windows shop for file/print and a Sun Solaris production systems. Seemed like a nice place to work. Casual dress...jeans. Nice suburban location. Friendly people.

Interviewed Apr 2009 (took 4 weeks)
I sent in my resume and got a call a couple weeks later. I drove to the office for an in-person interview. Got double interviewed with someone else. Interviewer asked basic questions about my strengths and weaknesses, what I could bring to the internship, why I had an interest in the music industry, etc. Got a call a week later offering me the position.
