Interviewed Feb 2012 in Houston, TX (took 2 weeks)
A meeting with HR and the hiring manager. The hiring manager refused my request to meet with other employees that work in that department. This refusal of a simple request was an immediate red flag that something is being hidden. Beware of any potential employers that do not want you to meet with other employees in that department that you will be working closely with on a daily basis....The truth with probably scare you away....

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Houston, TX (took 5 days)
Initial communication was to confirm the information in my application. Then I was invited to the skills test consisting of a geography test, Microsoft Office 2003 skills test, and a typing test. The in-person interviews consisted of meeting first with senior employees and then a second interview (same day) with team managers. The questions were open-ended to get an idea if you fit their company culture, which is very customer-centric.

Reason for Declining
The starting wage is non-negotiable, while there are pay bumps for new hires, having a degree is given no bonus in terms of pay, only in getting to an interview.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
Fill out an online application. Then they'll call you for a 1 on 1 interview with HR. Then afterward, take a typing test (want at least 40 wpm) and geography quiz (largely because of its international client base). Then get scheduled with an interview with a manager.
