Application

I applied online. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at University of British Columbia (Port Coquitlam, BC (Canada)) in June 2009.

Interview

Basically, you get scheduled for an interview, then you show up and find out that it's a group interview with 5-10 other people. In the interview, the group asks questions as you try to stand out. Then the manager will call you in one by one to give you the results. It is pretty clear that some people don't stand out and they get the job anyways (they'll hire about 90% of all people). For those that don't get hired, it almost feels fake like they were paid to be there so it seems like not everyone gets the job but don't really know if that is really the case although many have said that is the case.
