Interviewed Aug 2011 (took a day)
Was contacted directly by the Hiring Manager for an interview the following day. The next day I waited for about 15 minutes to be called in. The receptionist was extremely personable and friendly. After I was called in and given a brief introduction to the panel, the interview basically consisted of me talking about my experience. I believe I asked more questions than the panel.
Afterward, the Hiring Manager said they would get back to me within approximately a week. I heard nothing back until I made a follow-up call two weeks after the initial interview. The response was not a phone call, but in an e-mail stating that the "position has been filled".
Although I did not have a Master's at the time (i.e. a preferred qualification), I was more than qualified for the position based on my background. It seems if one doesn't possess the minimum "preferred" qualifications you will not get the position.

It was the typical interview. Who is your current employer? What do you do for your current employer? How long have you been there? Where did you go to school?

Interviewed Feb 2009 (took a day)
The school presents itself one way in the media and Web however this is not an accurate portrayal. Current managers seem very inexperienced and young. The interview questions were amateurish and not at the par of other comparable offerings in the private sector. This may be due to massive layoffs in the preceding years.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Miami, FL (took 2 days)
In all honesty, there were "red flags" from the very start. The interviewing was non-traditional and the needs of the employer were not made clear and/or changed once I started. The actual hiring process took far too long--almost 5 months. They since have shortened that time period, but it is still lengthy. The COO has absolutely no people management skills, which is reflected in the attitudes of the employees--a very low morale. The COO regularly demeans employees efforts, undermines them and generally treats them not only unfairly, but very disrespectful. All of this only serves to bring the morale down even lower and creates an air of mistrust.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 4 days)
Met briefly with project manager, who was most concerned with my ability to work with a team. After getting the ok from the team members, I realized why "getting along with the team" was a huge part of working at this organization...the 2 team members were simply impossible to work with. The entire interview process was a joke.
