The interview was no pressure. The director is so nice and just ask you to make a self- introduction. After that, we just talked more details on the parts which she was interested in my introduction. It lasted 45 mins. All topics are close to the job discription and what she wanted to hear is that how you are competent to this job. No extra skills needed.

Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
They do a skills-based interview, much like some of the big management consulting firms, and ask specific scenario questions. I.e. How many windows are there in San Francisco.
Anyways, it was good since there was a panel, and the team upholds evidence-based management.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 1 week)
Initially was set up for a phone interview. Once on the phone, got asked some basic HR based questions. Had a second round of phone interview where was asked around 20-30 technical questions all related to the job mentioned in the ad. After clearing the phone interview was called onsite where was interviewed by 7 people. Heard within a week.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Norman, OK (took a day)
The Chemistry Department needed more Chemistry Teaching Assistants so I decided to apply. Within a few days I received a call for an interview with the head of the Chemistry Department. The interview was your basic 1:1 interview where he asked me about my credentials. He also asked me about which labs I would prefer to teach and a couple of days later I was told that I got the position for the lab that I wanted. I would recommend that you apply early because positions are limited.
