Interview Details – I interviewed with the supervisor and manager of the department as well a manager from another department.

Negotiation Details – I was offered a 30% raise compared to what I was originally making

Interview Details – Extensive for me after so many years working within the institution. My counter part had no such obligation and was given the job without going through the interviewing process.
Interview Question – Explain why I obtained my master's degree in Health Education and not Business Administration? View Answer
Negotiation Details – Weigh base salary against present salary and the ability to gain additional money from overtime. Ask yourself is a salary position with title > your current position with less responsibility and the opportunity to make overtime.

Interview Details – Originally interviewed with the Corporal on the shift then the Sergent and Director of the Security Department. Had to take a psych personality test as well as demonstrate hand gun proficiency at the range to obtain ACT 235 certification.
Interview Question – Are you comfortable being constantly outnumbered? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was able to negotiate my salary slightly higher than was originally offered.

Interview Details – I was to three interviews (does not include the phone screen). All of the people I interacted with were very professional, pleasant and helpful. Not sure of the culture, as I think you need to be in the workplace for more than just an interview.
Interview Question – How would I manage, not knowing the system from a technical perspective. View Answer
Negotiation Details – I felt the offer made was their best at the time. If it had been lower I definitely would have negotiated a bit more if possible.

Interview Details – Other than the obvious tip of selling your skills and experience, I found it beneficial to simply be yourself. Since you will be working with your colleagues for the majority of your waking day, it is important to have some type of rapport with them. Make sure the work environment is something that motivates you.
Interview Question – questions regarding an earlier experience...be ready to provide some details to those "old" jobs. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Wasn't able to negotiate much in terms of salary since rate determined by compensation dept. because I was an internal candidate. Can negotiate other non-financial aspects.

Interview Details – My resume was submitted to a department from an application pool where I submitted my resume. I was called from a department a couple weeks later and called in for an interview. I interviewed with two people. I was called back again for a second interview with two other people. The interviews went really well, but they needed to hire someone quickly and found someone already working within the organization.
