I applied for a Data Analyst position on-line and after two months I got an interview. I talked to 5 people in their group in an informal manner. Each session was about 15 minutes. Everyone was nice. No tough technical questions asked. They asked what kind of languages I can program in and what level.

I met with the Principal investigator and sat in her office for about 2 hours. It was a casual conversation about my background and my college experience. It was also very informal. I think the most important aspect was whether or not I clicked with the Principal invetsigator
