I applied online. The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at University of Phoenix.

I made it to an in person interview...which was so odd. It was two men who toke turns asking odd questions while the other spend the entire time writing (seemed unprofessional).

Hiring and Interview process have changed significantly over the years and I expect they will continue to change as time moves on. The hiring process usually starts with the training team who sort through applications and resumes. Actual interviews in later stages are usually conducted by active managers and director.

Current hiring process is handled remotely by a third party. Expect a behavioral phone interview coupled with an online assessment. If you pass these steps, you will eventually be interviewed by a director/manager for your department at the location you will work. This final, in-person interview will determine whether you receive an offer.

    Interview Questions
    • All interview questions were behavioral (e.g., "Tell me about a time when..."). For each question, they will be looking for you to provide a personal example from your experience. Answers should include 1) a description of the situation, 2) the actions you took, and 3) the outcome or effect of your actions.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
Little negotiation was possible when I was offered a position, but this may have changed since then.
