Application

I applied online. The process took 5+ weeksinterviewed at University of Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2010.

Interview

The process started with an in depth written interview. This part of the interview was pretty thorough and gave me the opportunity to deeply consider my responses. My face to face interview was a lot less structured and it was clear to me that the individual interviewing me had very little interviewing experience. I came away from the interview with a less than clear understanding of what my role would be.
