Interviewed Aug 2010 in Phoenix, AZ (took 4+ weeks)
I applied in late July and was sent an online interview. I sent the questions back immediately as they were due July 28th and then tried multiple times to follow up but was met with no response. After I had given up I heard back at the end of August. I went in for a 1:1 interview and was told I'd be contacted if I was selected for the panel interview. Still waiting...

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 weeks)
I submitted my application online. Referred by a employee who forwarded my resume to a recruiter. I later received a email to schedule a telephone interview which took place as scheduled.
An in-person interview was scheduled. Potential recruits & I watched a company a video, took a tour, and performed individual telephone roll plays related to the job position. Lastly, was a personal interview with a hiring manager.
Overall, I felt the interview was exciting, initial the telephone interview will prepare you for in-person interview process so listen well during the telephone recruiters instructions. During the in-person interview it is the telephone roll play is what will get you to a the personal interview with a hiring manager. Only another potential and myself made it to this phase of the interview after our roll plays.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 days)
I submitted my application online. A friend of mine who already works for the company referred me and also forwarded my resume to a recruiter. I received a call the next business day and did a phone interview. I was caught off guard as I was on my lunch break from my current job. Surprisingly she asked me to come in for an in-person interview the very next day. I went in and had an interview with 2 hiring managers. Each asked me pretty standard questions pertaining to the position. I was then asked to do a roll-playing exercise where 1 of the managers was a customer at a Fitness Center and I was the trainer. They wanted to cancel their memebership and I was trying to keep them from doing that.
Before and after my interview I encountered a total of about 15 other people interviewing for positions in the waiting area and hall.
Overall I felt the interview went well but I received a very impersonal email an hour later telling me I was not chosen. The company seems very strict on their guidelines and rules and very impersonal.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Phoenix, AZ (took 4+ weeks)
I was contacted approx a week after submitting my resume. After that the following day I was scheduled for an interview. Once I go there the interview consisted of filling out the application and background check information as well as a bid for your schedule request. Once you complete the paperwork you are then required to wait until 2 hiring managers come and interview you.. During that interview you are asked to role play and questions about how the position would fit you and your prior work history. After that they tell you to go back to the recruiter and they tell you backgrouind check takes about 7-14 business days and if you are chosen they will contact you. After that I was then contacted that same day advising me that I was selected to comeback for a second interview. I then interviewed in a room with one manager and other applicants. I am then asked more questions about how the job fits my goals and the UofP philosophy. After that I was sent an email explaining that I was selected to continue further in the hiring process contingent on me passing the background check. I was then informed to be available at all times so that someone could contact me to verify the information I provided on my background check.
