Interviewed Mar 2011 in Austin, TX (took 1 week)
Just a week or two after applying, I received an e-mail asking if I could discuss my strengths and experience with the hiring department. I had a phone screen with a member of the team for which I was applying, and it went very well. It was entirely behavioral and went by quickly. The next day, I was invited to come to campus the following week to interview with the team. Four people interviewed me in a panel, and it was all behavioral as well. It went smoothly, and I was asked at the end of the week if I would like the position.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Austin, TX (took a day)
Really easy interviewing process. You just sign up at hirealonghorn.com I believe, and they will contact you if there are any open positions. The interview is really easy, and is only available for current students at UT. The job details are really easy as well, you just deliver/pick up and check out laptops and other equipment to students/professors.

Interviewed Jul 2008 in Austin, TX (took 2+ weeks)
The interview was very casual. Everyone at UT dresses is business casual attire so a suit was not necessary. The dialogue consisted of questions pertaining to how well I could perform the duties described in the job posting. They also asked the generic: "what are your strengths and weeknesses" question.

Interviewed with my supervising professor. He asked some questions about my management and leadership abilities. Took a look at my resume and asked about what my class schedule looked like. It was a very laid back interview & my responsibilities (should I get the position) were explained in detail.
